The above period included experience as consultants in sales and marketing as well as the position as President and Managing Director. The responsibility of the managing director included duties such as office budgeting, corporate planning responsibility in hiring and firing as well as corporate controller.

As representatives for a London Confirming House the duties were primarily to review and grant credit facilities and then to monitor each client account as well.

Continue working as management consultants for commercial and residential properties. Duties include all aspects of leasing and

related negations. Rent collections and bank deposits and budgeting for expenses relating to the properties. Legal representation on

behalf of the client / owners. Scheduling work performance such as maintenance and upkeep.

This work involved detailed planning based on need analysis and Tax planning. Depending upon the project ,the work involved some team work in consultation with lawyers and accountants.

Retirement. Each client's individual needs were looked into in this planning experience. Further activity include planning of group insurances such as life and health and pension planning to include D.P.S.P and other retirement and pension plans.

Work experiences in this corporation follows out of personal investments into a family holding company. This corporation is primarily involved in financing and real estate development. Projects include financing and developments of various housing projects, apartment buildings, commercial rental properties and land development. The rental projects involved activities such as leasing rent collection and recoveries. Continue to work as Director , Secretary / Treasurer.

I was involved with the above project for a short time and the duties included were extensive planning for sales and marketing, Sales forecasting and budget controls as well as negotiating with the banks for credit, supervising accounts receivables and accounts payable. In this organization I was responsible for ordering inventory as well as supervision of various departments such as parts ,sales and service and promoting customer satisfaction .Responsibility included reporting to the board of directors and investors as well.- during this time the dealership was recognized for highest sales in Atlantic Canada.
